‘A journey into the realm of literary art that shapes the inner self, nurtures the creative thirst and sculpts the raw potential of Young Ignited Minds’.
The Chief Guest for the day Dr. Kishore Ram, Associate Professor of English, MMNSS College, Kottiyam inaugurated the Literary Club for the academic year 2019-20 on 26th August 2019. He addressed the students and highlighted the importance of creative writing and mentioned how book reading and activities of the Literary Club can promote confidence and lateral thinking among the children. The club aims at fostering love for books and literature among students, and promoting literary activities in the school.
The welcome speech was delivered by Ms. Emana Nadeer, President of the Literary Club. Vice Principal Mrs. Mini K Pillai proposed the felicitation address. Ms. Al Safa Ashraf, Head Girl delivered the vote of thanks and the event was compered by Pavithra Jayakumar, Vice Head Girl.
After the formal inauguration, the students staged different cultural programs.
